Established in May1989, the Shoreline Amateur Astronomical Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization created for the purpose of furthering the enjoyment of amateur astronomy.
SAAA membership is open to the public and consists of enthusiasts from Holland, Michigan and it’s
neighboring shoreline communities. Membership meetings are held at Macatawa Bay School in the
planetarium on the second Thursday of the month throughout the school year (September — May).
